Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped from **Tokyo** within 1–7 business days after receipt of payment.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number. The tracking number and URL will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.
For delivery status, particularly once the package arrives in your country, please contact your local customs agency or postal office using the provided tracking number.

International Orders (Outside of Japan)
For orders shipped to countries outside of Japan, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks, but this can vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

* Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Please ensure that the address is correct to avoid any issues.
* If the customer fails to receive the package, and it exceeds the storage period at the post office, the package will be returned to the Tokyo JAPAN. Reshipping will incur an additional cost to the customer. No refunds or returns will be accepted.
* The store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders, or items damaged during transit. However, if such an issue arises, we will make every effort to assist you in obtaining compensation.
